Applications for LAPP funds can be made through the online system using an ArcGIS Online (AGOL) account to complete the application. The database closes on October 30, 2026, 12Noon for FFY28 applications.

Applicants (staff) must have attended the training on August 27, 2026 for the MPO member to be eligible to apply for LAPP FFY2028 funding.

The LAPP Call for Projects is open from August 20, 2026 to October 30, 2026,12:00pm for FFY28 projects.
