CAMPO's 2022-2027 Strategic Plan
CAMPO's latest Strategic Plan was developed in 2021. The process included member focus groups, interviews, and online surveys as well as strategic planning retreats with the Executive Board and TCC to discuss the future direction and focus areas of the MPO. Both strategic and operational focus areas were identified, including tasks to prepare for the transition into a larger planning area with increased planning area responsibilities.
With the support of Fountainworks consulting, a set of priority tasks for these strategic and operational focus areas were developed and outlined in the updated plan document. Following a public comment period and public hearing, the Executive Board approved the 2022-2027 Strategic Plan in May of 2022.
