2040 Long Range Transportation Plan - Archive
The 2040 Long Range Transportation Plan (2040 LRTP) lists future highway, bus transit, light rail, bicycle, pedestrian and other transportation projects to be implemented through the year 2040, while the Air Quality Analysis and Conformity Determination Report (AQ Report) determines whether the plan meets federal air quality regulations.
2040 MTP Amendment (September 2015)The 2040 MTP was amended in September of 2015 to adjust for the programming of the 2016-2025 TIP. These adjustments were largely the result of the NCDOT Prioritization 3.0 process.
